From 1st of July to 7th of September 2025, our two Airbus A330neo aircraft will be grounded for regular scheduled maintenance.

In order to fully maintain its flight schedule, Aircalin has chartered an Airbus A330-200 from Hi Fly, a European airline operating under the same regulations and standards as Aircalin (member of IATA, certified by EASA), a regulatory obligation with which our airline must be compliant.

The aircraft will operate flights mainly between Noumea and Singapore, as well as a few routes to Sydney and Papeete, for which customers will be notified directly.

Onboard service will be provided jointly by our Aircalin and Hi Fly crews, to guarantee a qualitative experience in Business Hibiscus, Premium Economy and Economy classes.

Some elements of our onboard service are subject to change.

  • Aircalin Connect: Wi-Fi connection is not available on this aircraft.

  • Duty Free: the Aircalin Duty Free will be available on board. However, due to the absence of Wi-Fi, payment by systematic authorization credit card will not be accepted. Deferred authorization cards as well as cash (XPF, EUR, YENS, NZD, AUD, FJD, VUV, USD, SGD) and checks (XPF only) will be accepted.

  • In-flight entertainment (IFE): our usual IFE program will be available for the duration of your flight only from your own devices, as individual screens are not functional.
    • To access in-flight entertainment from your own devices (smartphone, tablet or computer): connect to the “STREAM4U” network or scan the QRCODE displayed on the seat. A pop-up window will automatically open in your browser, giving you access to Aircalin entertainment.
    • If you prefer to watch your own films or series, we invite you to download your content onto your devices before boarding via your usual streaming platforms.

  • Charging your devices:
    • USB-A power outlet: a USB-A power outlet is available on your seat to recharge your device throughout the flight.
    • 115 V electrical outlet: in Business Hibiscus class, you'll benefit from an individual power socket located at the front of your armrest. In Premium Economy and Economy class, sockets are available between seats, one for every two passengers.

Aircalin is committed to ensuring that your trip runs smoothly.

We thank you for your understanding and hope you have a very pleasant flight.
